Our Guarantee

All items purchased from Hunting and Tactical are new unless otherwise stated. Most have manufacturer guarantees covering materials and workmanship. Please inspect items before you use them. If you locate or suspect a problem please contact us immediately. Keep all packaging (See the return of goods section).

How much will delivery cost me?

R150 per order. Should the courier charges be more than R150 due to weight or distance you will be liable for that difference in payment but the Hunting & Tactical Supplies team will contact you in advance should this be the case.

How long does it take for me to get my order?

Once payment reflects in our account, it takes approximately 3-4 working days.

How will my order get delivered to me?

Via a registered courier. (Either RAM, Skynet, Postnet or Fastway, depending on the parcel content and size)

Where do you deliver to?

Within South Africa. For orders out of South Africa, courier charges will need to be quoted.

Return of Goods

Any goods being returned must be in their original packaging. If you receive damaged goods please contact us immediately. Used goods cannot be returned for credit. Any damaged goods will be either replaced or refunded at the discretion of H&T Supplies; this process may involve checking for user error and may take up to 24 hours. Refunds are for the purchase price of the goods only and not the freight cost. We are not obliged to supply a credit or exchange on purchases simply because you have changed your mind.

Can I return any merchandise?

Yes, within 7 days of receiving the goods, granted the item is still in its original packaging and unused, also If it has a manufacturing defect.

How much will it cost me to return my order?

If the reason for returning the item is due to a fault on our end, it is free, however, if you are returning the goods on your accord, you will need to cover the cost.

How can I return my order or part of my order?

With your own courier or you can contact us to arrange a courier for you.

Do you deliver outside the borders of South Africa?

We do, however, we need to quote the client first and only upon acceptance of the quotation, do we go ahead with the transaction

Does Hunting & Tactical Suppliers include any of the import Customs, Duties and/or Taxes?

What if I received a damaged or soiled item?

Please let us know so that we can arrange our couriers to pick up, and we will gladly replace the item or refund the client.
